nor cal weekend

so i went to visit my nephew, nate, last weekend up north before winter quarter. we just hung out and went to some nice places to eat. just what i really needed before my summer break was over. all i was doing before that was working. so below are some pictures i took while i was there. enjoy :)

some milk green tea milk from TEA AREA in mountain view. it's pretty good for the price but i'm still a huge fan of TEN REN, but it's expensive as hell.


the following pictures were taken at Santa Ramen. i think the meat is way better than what i usually get at Daikokuya. but, everything else is better at daiko. the soup, noodles, and vegetables. The chicken bowl... even though it looks simple and not that tasty. wrong! it's hella good. goes well with a bowl of ramen. long lines as usual like daikokuya.

i'm here at starbucks doing some work and i look left outside the window. guess what i see? i hate spiders!!! but they're so interesting. i have no idea which kind this is but i remember killing one awhile back outside my house. could be only in california. who knows. ;b

cleaning the garage on a friday morning

ok so for some apparent reason i thought cleaning the garage today would be nice. i did so because i want to start parking my car inside of the garage instead of just parking it on the drive way. so after sweeping, tossin', and playing tetris with all the boxes we had in the garage i managed to make enough room to fit my car! w00hoo! man... so many damn spiders. they're lucky i didn't have a can of freeze spray on me. i'll explain freeze spray in the near future. anyways... time to get some robeks! i'm cravin' a zen berry! peace!

i love my tofu brick. always smilin'!! he cruises around with me everywhere. :)

today i thought i'd visit giant robot after work. i picked up a few toys. i told myself to stop collecting after nearly selling my 3 year collection. i guess i'm slowly starting again. i can't help it, there's a lot of good stuff coming out recently that i can't resist buying.

this is a mini figure i got from a blind box series called "LITTLE BROOKLYN" by brad digital. i also got the all white one.


also scored this at GR. it's a chase figure aswell because it comes with an alternative head. oh and i wanted to mention some girl that works at GR is very cute. i forgot her name because i was too busy thinking about how cute she was. anyways...

so since i was at sawtelle, i thought it would be nice to visit good ol' west wood. i drove around and just was sight seeing then thought about checking out the urban outfitters to see if they sold kozik menthols mongers mini figures and a bart simpson qee. they ended up having both but i just got a couple of mongers. guess what i scored?!
